Communication Protocol

As part of our drive to reduce the use of paper and cut postage costs our primary communication with parents will be through email. Any returned/bounced emails are followed up with a phone call to ensure we have the right details, we also send an annual data checking sheet home with students.

If you do not have an available email address a paper copy of letters will be distributed to your child through tutors.

Some smaller mailing lists – e.g. trips or subject specific mailings – may still be sent to you via post, however, we are gradually moving as many as possible to electronic copies.
