Religious Studies

In the lower school, all students follow a course of religious studies which is designed to foster a reflective approach to living by understanding the nature of religious beliefs and practices together with an understanding of the influences of these on the lives of believers. Christian beliefs are studied alongside other major world religions. In the upper school, all students study GCSE Religious Studies.

There are regular assemblies. Parents who wish their child to be exempt from Religious Education or assemblies should contact the Headteacher.

The Humanities Faculty supports and helps facilitate the School and House Councils, encouraging student voice throughout the school.
